Are you looking for work on a temporary to permanent basis? If so our client is looking for someone to start on Tuesday 3rd October.

This role is working 8.15-5 Monday – Thursday and Fridays 8.15-4pm. Paying between £16,000 - £17,000 PA

Overview

Working from our Norwich warehouse under the Logistics Manager, you will assist in overseeing the inbound and out bound flow of traffic for all Brands. Also working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure clear communication lines are open regarding stock movement

Responsibilities & Duties:
Liaise with TES (Italian) office on product flow
Assist Logistics Manager with all admin and data input related tasks
Liaise with Operations Manager to solve any delivery queries
Receive and verify the accuracy of shipments with Operations Manager
Ensure the timely processing of all necessary WMS system transactions to ensure real time stock integrity and prompt invoicing
Assistance with invoicing and reconciliation of accounts
Assist in compiling wholesale customer delivery schedules
Update inbound reports with all items received.
Participate in stock takes and cycle counts if required
Ad-hoc assist with basic warehouse tasks
