Exciting and varied role working for a leading Lettings company with multiple properties covering the Bristol surrounding areas. Due to growth and expansion of the team we are looking to recruit a Lead Coordinator.

The role will involve

 Providing a complete property service to the tenants and in accordance with the Company Service Level Agreements.
 Carry out of office appointments, inspecting the condition of managed properties, checking in new tenants and checking out old tenants,
 Managing tenants and maintenance issues’ database/log.
 Supporting and assisting the Property Manager and Company Director in day to day running of the business.
 Liaising with our tenants and clients; outside agencies; vendors/contactors with any queries by phone, emails, social media or face to face.
 Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency (ordering supplies, filing, meeting visitors etc.)
 Assist colleagues whenever necessary
 Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and Expertise
 Be self motivated and ‘Can do’ approach
 Thrive on keeping busy and enjoy working under pressure
 Have excellent telephone manner and great negotiation skills
 Have an outgoing personality with a passion to provide great customer service
 Demonstrate first class organizational and administrative skills
 Have excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritize
 Computer and media literacy (MS-Office, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
 Leisure sector or lettings agency experienced would be very useful
 Health and Safety and Security guidelines knowledge will be beneficiary
 Enjoys working as a part of team or independently
