We currently require an experienced Secretary for a short term assignment to cover a busy period in the department!
This role is based within the Real Estate department so would need someone with experience from this field.
Responsibilities will include:
* Dictation/ Audio typing
* Using BIG HAND system
* Answering and making phone to clients and addressing any queries
* Basic administration duties such as filing, faxing and scanning
* Sending and responding to client and company emails
Benefits include central location and holiday pay.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
