My client is looking for a legal secretary with conveyancing experience to cover 4 weeks.

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

* Dictation/ Audio
* Answering and making phone to clients and addressing any queries
* Basic administration duties such as filing, faxing and scanning
* Sending and responding to client and company emails

Person Specification

What do you need to possess in order to be considered for this role?

* Experience in using case management systems
* Excellent communication skills are essential.
* My clients is looking for somebody with good audio copy typing skills
* You must be well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Experience as a Legal secretary is a must
