Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to progress your career within an award winning, leading legal practice.

Our client, based in Cardiff are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their experienced team providing high quality secretarial and administrative support to a busy team of solicitors.

As a legal secretary you will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Audio and copy typing
• Filing
• Preparation of monthly billing
• Photocopying
• Organisation of meetings and travel arrangements
• Diary management
• Preparing refreshments for client meetings
• Opening and closing case files
• Formatting and editing documents
• Preparation of documents
• Liaising with clients

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience as a legal secretary with an excellent level of formal secretarial and administrative ability. 

Due to the nature of the role and the sensitivity of case files and practice information, confidentiality at all times is essential.
