Your purpose will be to provide administration and secretarial support to fee-earners to ensure a professional and efficient service is delivered to their clients.
Duties will include:
Audio typing of correspondence and documents.
Arrange meetings and appointments and diary management of the fee-earner.
Arrange for all copying to be done.
Provide support to other secretaries and fee earners.
Provide guidance to junior and temporary secretaries.
You will have knowledge of the legal sector and in particular commercial and residential property work experience. You will have fast and accurate audio typing skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. You will have an organised approach to your workload and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, that can problem solve whilst delivering excellent client-care.
Salary is £21,000-£23,000 depending on experience and holiday is 24 days per annum plus bank holidays. They are offering a workplace pension scheme, health insurance, life insurance and free parking. Hours are 9am-5pm with an hours lunch break.
