I am currently recruited for an experienced legal secretary, with residential property/conveyancing experience to join a well-established practice with a fantastic working culture based in Tamworth.

This is a full-time, permanent role but in the words of the client;

Salary = £19-21K depending on experience
Hours = Mon-Fri 9am-5pm – 1 hour lunch break
Benefits = 20 das holiday + statutory holidays, free parking, pension contribution, incentives and staff feel appreciated.
You will report to the Head of Department and will provide a competent and efficient secretarial service to fee earners within the team.
Responsibilities include dealing with telephone enquiries from new clients and keeping them updated, opening and closing files, audio and copy typing, conducting searches and the completion of legal forms.
The ideal candidate for this role?
Will have previous experience as a legal secretary within residential property and/or conveyancing
Will have used a CMS (case management system)
Ideally would of supported a team rather than a sole solicitor but this is not essential
Must live a commutable distance from Tamworth
Is a self starter, can pick things up quickly and be able to hit the ground running
