My client is seeking a full time Telephonist / Legal Secretary to join their team on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Joining part of the highly established law firm you will be responsible for all of the front of house duties, answering and screening telephone calls, acting as a switchboard and liaising with clients.
- Full front of house duties
- Answering all telephone enquiries
- First point of contact for all clients
- Providing administration support to the team
- Ad hoc admin duties
You must have:
For this role you must have a legal administration background with exceptional communication and administration skills with a professional telephone manner.
