Seeking a highly experienced Receptionist to join a law firm in Norwich city centre.
You will be responsible to provide the services of a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Telephonist, delivering a professional and friendly service to clients, colleagues and third parties. To promote the Firm’s service offering at every opportunity, matching legal needs of existing and new clients to appropriate Fee Earners within the Firm and breaking down any perceived barriers, such as those relating to locality of Fee Earner.
Previous experienced of working within a receptionist role is essential.
Previous experience of working within a similar front of house/sales role
Previous experience of working within a fast-paced legal environment (desirable)
Ability to use own initiative within limits of knowledge and authority
Being courteous and professional in all work matters, acting with integrity and recognising the need for complete confidentiality
Ability to play a key role in converting enquiries into sales
Be friendly, polite and approachable
Excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing)
Strong listening skills
Ability to emphasise with others
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 9:30 to 5:30 pm offering an attractive salary with competitive company benefits. Interested?
