I have an opportunity to join a fantastic criminal law firm based in their Norwich city centre offices. 

With the firm dealing with thousands of cases a year you will be surrounded my professionals in a busy office. Many of the cases are high profile so confidentiality and professionalism is a must at all times. 

You will be responsible for general administration and secretarial tasks to support the team. Administration experience is essential. 

The ideal candidate will have some of the following: 
Experience of working in a law firm 
An interest in criminal law 
Experience of working in the criminal justice system 

Your duties include:
 
• Answering inbound calls
• Making outbound calls
• Passing on detailed messages
• Audio typing
• Drafting letters
• Opening and the preparation of files in both digital and paper form
• Diary maintenance and management in both digital and paper form
• Time recording
• Archiving
• Creating invoices
• Taking payments in person and over the phone
• Accurate recording of payments made and received
• Ordering of stationary in accordance with office needs
• Preparation of post
• Photocopying and scanning
• Clerking legal conferences at locations such as prisons, court and at the firm’s offices
• Filling forms accurately
