You will need to be:
·To be a good and outstanding Teaching Assistant with successful experience in mainstream or special education setting
·To be able to make learning fun
·Have a high level skills in working with pupils who have SEMH, ASD.
·A commitment to providing high quality educational opportunities for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties
·The ability to work as part of a highly effective team
·Strong commitment to inclusion
·Excellent communication skills
·A good range of IT skills

Information about our school-
We are a non-maintained special school catering for young people, aged between 8 and 18 years. Our pupils have a variety of needs including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and a range of communication needs. Governors, senior leaders and all staff teams work tirelessly to provide a safe, stimulation and nurturing learning environment where boys and girls can develop their full potential. Currently, we have approximately, 40 pupils on roll and there are no more than 6 pupils in one class. Each class has one teacher and one teaching assistant. Please email me on email@example.com
