Reed HR are delighted to be working with one of the country’s leading Third Sector organisations who are looking to bring in an experienced L&D Manager to lead the Learning & Development function of the business.

Based in Falkirk with occasional travel to Edinburgh, this position will give you a level of autonomy and opportunity to really make the role your own. You will be responsible for the development, co-ordination, planning and evaluation of a comprehensive range of L&D activities.

What will be expected of you?
- Developing, implementing and delivering new employee induction programme, leadership development programmes, personal development programmes and much more
- Coordinating of L&D Training
- Working closely with managers and stakeholders across the business

This role is really suited to someone who has a genuine passion for L&D. Experience developing and delivering in-house expert L&D activities is a real advantage.
