Reed HR are partnered with a Large Public Sector organisation based in East London to recruit for an E-learning developer (Learning & Development) on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible. This role will be working from home initially due to Government Guidelines but travel to the office will be required when safe to do so.

The role and your responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and implementing high quality collaborative blended and digital learning solutions
- Evaluate the solutions delivered to assess impact, effectiveness and return on investment
- Build a blended learning programme
- Create e-learning modules from scratch and update existing modules to reflect current ways of learning
- Manage various projects and programmes
- Curate digital content
- Provide advice to stakeholders and line managers
- Develop and manage the Learning management system (LMS)
- Work within the HR support function to deliver learning admin requirements where required

The Person:
To be successful in this role, you will already have strong experience in Learning and Development, particularly Digital Learning and have a passion for creating E-Learning content, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

You will need to have/be:
- Proven experience of creating learning and development solutions
- Great organisational skills
- Passionate about Learning and Development
- Proven experience managing projects
- Experience developing e-learning using Articulate 360 in particular Rise and Storyline
- Experience creating animations using Vyond
- Experience of editing audio using relevant tools in particular Audacity
- Understanding of how to update and manage digital content on an LMS
- Ability to use Microsoft offices packages, including Teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
