Learning and Development Advisor

Our London City-based professional services client are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor. This is a new role and as the Learning and Development advisor for the business you will take charge of the training academy system and all processes pertaining to this. This is a temp role paying £14.40-£17.90 per hour which for the right person could be extended or made permanent.

What to expect in the role?
This role would suit someone who enjoys dealing with internal clients, supporting them with their training queries and systems issues. You will assist and lead on the Creation of reports and
Proof reading of any training documentation. You will deal with system enquires (reports, passwords, course access) and the creation of training material. You will project to organise and create hierarchy structures and groups within existing training system. You will have an eye for design and generate ideas for new ways of organising information and materials. You will lead creation of engaging PowerPoints. Ability to create bespoke tables in excel that are capable of pulling specific information from large datasets (nested IF functions, VLOOKUPs, etc) Shopify reports and learning council data and any other ad hoc duties and projects as and when required.


Experience/Qualifications
You will have successful experience in the design and delivery of blended learning and development offerings. You will be Self-motivated and Computer literate and confident and able to produce training support materials, reports and recommendations. You will demonstrable creative problem-solving skills with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have Strong influencing skills and the Ability to build strong business relationships. You will have Good working knowledge of Excel; ideally this will include V Look Ups and Good knowledge of PowerPoint High levels of adaptability and flexibility and a willingness to work outside the remit if require. Experience of LMS systems would be advantageous
