I am recruiting for a Learning and Development Advisor for a client based in Epsom. This role is paying £33,000-£34,000 and offers a competitive benefits package.

The aim of this new position is to support the Learning and Development Manager in developing and delivering all Learning and Development initiatives. You will work in partnership with the wider HR and management teams in order to help the organisation to implement its strategy, achieve its objectives and embed its vision and values.

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure the costs of planned programmes are kept within planned department budgets
• Research, develop, facilitate and evaluate L&D solutions that support the organisation’s strategy and objectives, and adapt them in light of changes to the business and new L&D innovations
• Help to develop a supportive culture with enabling and empowering processes and practices
• Build closer links with every department by providing coaching, support and advice at all levels of the business
• Encourage team work and collaboration between departments
• Act as the organisation’s values ambassador, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained



Key requirements:
• CIPD Level 3/5 Diploma in Learning and Development or relevant experience
• A thorough understanding of the Learning cycle and an up-to-date knowledge of L&D theory and practice
• You must be passionate about Learning and Development and be a real team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office packages
• You need to be flexible to the needs of the business and be able to respond and support change when required in innovative ways
