Accountable to the learning & Development Senior Officer, the Learning & Development Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive, efficient and timely administration support to the learning and Development team in all aspects concerned with organising and managing the booking of training courses and e-learning.
To support the learning and development team to organise the booking and coordination of training courses.
Organising in house training requests, liaising with trainers and Practice Managers.
With direction from the Learning & Development Senior Officer source appropriate & cost effective venues.
Liaising with venues and trainers to ensure training courses run smoothly, ensuring bookings are confirmed and all necessary equipment and adjustments are in place for the training date.
Support the Learning and Development Senior Officer in the collection of training feedback and production of reports.
Assisting in the management of the learning website, adding and amending training courses. Ensuring e-learning courses are up to date and links are all working.
To monitor and maintain stocks of stationery and resources to ensure that stocks are replenished for training programmes.
To take calls and deal with training queries, taking messages and or passing calls to relevant members of the team.
Support the Learning and Development Senior Office in the management of all social media accounts, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
To treat all members of the public with respect and not to discriminate on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, or pregnancy and maternity or any other issue.
To ensure that Health and Safety guidelines are observed at all times and alert management to any concerns raised by staff or members of the public.
To be aware of guidelines relating to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
To ensure that strict confidentiality is observed at all times, especially when dealing with personal information
To take part in any statutory and mandatory training or other training and development programmes as requested.
Any other reasonable duties as directed by your line manager.
