REED are working in partnership with an excellent Training Provider who provide Apprenticeships across the Midlands.
They are looking for a Business Development / Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The job requires you to provide a focus on the delivery of employability skills and maintain and strengthen the company's position in the market. You will be expected to arrange and attend client visits across the Midlands. You will play a large part in ensuring partners value the services the company provides and that they achieve their employability programmes. You will conduct performance development planning discussion too focus on referral partner's interests for the development of learners.
The provider is based in the East Midlands but this position will include coverage across the Midlands.
They are looking for someone with a good understanding of employability qualifications who can lead on the development of further initiatives. You must have an understanding of Adult Education Budget and associated funding systems. It is important that you have previous experience within Work Based Learning / Apprenticeships and you have the ability or experience to generate new learners.
