About the Job:
You will be joining a passionate a long-standing team of .NET Developers who are keen on working with new technologies and new business projects. You will have experience in developing both internal back end systems and client facing web applications using the .NET Framework. If you have worked on an integration project in the past you will be well suited to this job. If you don’t have experience in all of these areas, don’t worry as they still may be interested in speaking with you. This is a very hands on job for a senior/lead developer looking to lead projects without any direct people management.

About the Candidate:
You will be a people person who enjoys working as part of a development team. You will be able to work alongside testers and SCRUM masters on a daily basis and be comfortable in an agile development environment. You will be interested in having a good work-life balance and rewarded for your hard work with flexible working and an excellent holiday entitlement. You will also be the type of person who enjoys learning new skills. The company also offers allowances to take courses and certifications outside of work.

The Process:
You will have an initial phone interview with the hiring manager and then invited in for a face to face meeting. The second stage will involve a technical test and discussion with both the technical manager and a representative from HR.
