In light of recent economic affairs, which have impacted the ability of schools across the authority to recruit for September 2020, The LTA / Reed Education have devised a method which allows schools to continue to recruit and overcome the current barriers. All September vacancies will entail a one term probationary period; following the successful completion of this, the full entitlement of the fixed term contract will be effective from January 2021. The recruitment process will involve; telephone communication, skype interviews and compulsory compliance / safeguarding checks.
Initially this vacancy will commence as a fixed term contract (year contract), however depending on the developments and direction of the school, there is a high possibility that this will convert to a permanent contract.
The LTA / Reed are recruiting on behalf of a Lancashire Primary School to source a passionate, Newly Qualified Teacher or experienced primary teacher to start the new academic year of September 2020.
The vacancy has presented itself within the schools Key Stage 1 department and it is yet to be decided if this will be a Year 1 or 2 teaching position. The school will later decide, depending on the strength of the applicants and the status of schools position for September.
The school itself is a single-form, faith Primary School, with a strong reputation throughout the local authority. The schools objective is to not only challenge every child’s academic ability but to also emotionally support them and develop them as a whole person.
