My client who is based in the heart of South West London, close proximity to Clapham junction station, is currently recruiting for a Junior Team Assistant on a temp to perm basis to join their busy and creative team.  My client is in the beauty industry where they deliver brand recognition.

The role is paying between £18,000 - £20,000 per annum. This can either be full time role or a part time role, this will be decided on interview.  Please note this role will be temporary for 12 weeks, and then a permanent contract will be offered on completion of probation.

The Person:

My client is looking for someone who is detailed orientated, willing to learn, a team player is a must, you should be happy to get involved in all aspects of the team as and where needed.  Self motivation and the ability to multi task is key as the office can become busy quickly.

This role will suite someone who may have just finished education, who is looking for their first office role or someone with a passion for the Beauty/Retail sector.

My client offers potential for growth, and the training on understanding the retail and beauty sector behind the scenes.

The Role:


Managing office facilities, including sample management
General admin - sending/managing post etc
Administrative support to sales, QA and logistics teams
Updating tracking spreadsheets for PO's, pricing and invoicing
Managing critical path
Completing spec card
Competitive shopping
Managing and sending QA samples for retailers
Finding and making buyer contacts at new retail businesses
Supporting sales team chasing brands and retailers for various information
Supporting marketing team with getting samples for QVC shows ready.
Monitoring customer dispatches for website
Supporting preparation for QVC shows where necessary


Other:


Helping to update instagram account.
Creating mood boards when needed.
Managing holiday and absence calendar.
General administrative duties and support to head of sales where needed.
