An exciting opportunity for a JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST for a busy and growing team working in the Heart of Central London for a Global Solutions Provider.  A family run business that provide a customer management platform for sports stadiums through the use including digital ticketing, automated Access Control, Fan Engagement programs, E-Cash payments as well as a whole host of other fan and venue services.

The Role
This role at the start will involve answering the phones, logging calls on the system, sending emails. They use a bespoke system which you will be trained on so you can upload and work from the database. You will also be on the same floor as other developers and engineers with good opportunity for progression within the firm.

Why you?
You will have a sound technical background, including a good understanding of windows server and good diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. You will also have excellent communication skills and previous experience working within customer service. You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and ability to work to your own initiative. You will also be keen to take on more responsibility as the role progresses.
