Would you like to be responsible for all aspects of organizational IT provisioning, to support the organization in all aspects of IT?
 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve all IT Service Requests and Incidents utilizing ITIL best practices
• Hardware/Software installation
• Workstation and software deployment – Operating System, and Software packages.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and administer the network and telephony infrastructure.

• Strong organizational, and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Flexible working arrangements.

Requirements

• Autonomous, organized, structured, reliable, innovative, and self-starter.
• Strong Oral and Written communication skills.
• Fluent in Czech & English – (C1 level).
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Do you know something about – Windows 7.1 Operating System, Microsoft Office 2013/16, Desktop Security Platform 
• Hardware Support – Computers, Printers (Desktop & MFD), Network (LAN\WiFi). Mobile, Smart Phones, Servers, Video Projectors, Video Conferencing.
• Support for Windows Server 2008 & 2012 environment including Microsoft Active Directory.
• Remote Access User support – Preferably CISCO AnyConnect remote access client.
• Basic Telephony Support – Hosted SIP Phone solutions.
• ITIL Service Desk Principles \ Best Practices.
