We are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to support an established and friendly finance team.
In this role you will support and work alongside the finance team reporting in the Finance Director.
Duties will include:
- Monitoring Accounts inbox and responding to all queries.
- Maintaining Purchase Ledger:
- Checking and passing invoices
- Dealing with disputes as they arrive
- Liaising with teams in each office
- Setting up new customers and suppliers
- Administrative duties such as answering the phone, filing & office post
- Assisting with credit control when required.
