An established client of mine in the logistics industry is looking for a Part Time accounts junior to assist a busy finance department. This is a temp to perm role and is part time, 3 days a week (Mon, Wed and Fridays) for 12hrs a week ( that is 4 hrs a day and flexible on mornings or afternoons).
As a junior Finance Assistant you would need a good understanding of Excel spreadsheets
If you have used SAP in an accounts setting that is an advantage although not necessary.
Main duties include
- Posting of Sales invoices
- Posting purchase invoices ( using SAP)
- Mailing remittances to suppliers.
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices and filing of invoices
Part time 12 hours a week Mon, Wed and Fri 4 hours a day.
(Flexible on when you want to do the 4 hrs, morning or afternoon or school hours ( 10am -2pm)
Looking for candidates who are immediately available to do Temp to Perm and can do those three days and only looking for Part time work.
