 Our prestigious multinational partner company is looking for a Claim Administrator with fixed term contract who will monitor the Warranty Claim activity to the asset entitlement and the contract of the partner in newly implemented CRM system DYNAMICS. Perform necessary manual administration tasks to support the company’s indirect partner’s claims requests.

What you will be doing:

• Manage Channel Partner claims (validation and administration) following the step by step process
• Ensure timely response of the incoming emails of the task id and responds to partners’ phone calls and voicemails
• Ensure timely claim closure, proper completion of service debrief
• Participate in resolution of issues and design of improvement plans with partners
• Ensure a proper customer install base maintenance (Customer account link to the correct partner account in Siebel) in cooperation with the responsible Service Contracts Team
• Report any technical issues in Partner Portal Dynamics to the responsible Support Group
• Ensure that partners are following the correct process by monitoring their activity and maintaining a regular communication with them
• Support partners in questions related to administrative processes (Claim process, Partner Portal, payment eligibility of completed activities)
• Monthly extraction, preparation and submission of the payment form to the partners
• Ensure the Claims logistics requests to be handled before the logistic partners cut off time daily
• Service center admin has the responsibility to report to the management (Manager/Vendor Manager) any kind of partner misbehavior
• Service Center Admin has the responsibility to report to the management (Manager/Vendor Manager) any degradation of the patner performance, based on day-to-day observation and scorecard

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• High school degree minimum
• Experience in services, contract administration, order management or other customer services
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Computer skills: Word, Excel; Siebel, Outlook, Power Point, experience in reporting or data analysis is a plus
• Proactive attitude
