My client based in the heart of the West End is currently seeking an Italian speaking Administrator to start ASAP. Candidates must be fluent English and communicate well in Italian and be able to start by 18th September. Interviews will be in English and Italian. 

The role:
Welcoming clients and serving coffees/teas
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
Photocopying and printing
Keeping office clean and in good order
Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings
Managing expenses, inputting data to excel
Drafting letters and other documents
Using various computer packages - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Liaise with external contacts and suppliers
Managing diaries and arranging appointments
Liaising with partners and colleagues to book travel and accommodation

Skills required:
1-2 years Administration experience
Fluent English and Italian 
Must be able to start the role by 18th September 
Excellent communication skills
Must be very well presented
