Role: Italian Speaking Customer Service Officer (NO SALES)
Location: Trafford - Initially working from home
Type: 6 month initial contract view to go permanent
Salary: £20,000 Plus excellent benefits (25days +bank holidays & car parking
Hours – 9am-5pm (Shift patterns between 8am-7pm could be introduced)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a fantastic and growing company in Manchester
Due to continued growth the company are now looking for a Customer Service candidate who is fluent in Italian to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
The purpose of the role is to provide first class service delivery to both new/ existing customers.
Role Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound queries from customers
• Meet SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction
• Service and resolve complaints
• Taking ownership of customer queries
• Going above and beyond demonstrating customer excellence
• Feedback any queries or issues that may be impacting the customers.
