One of the leading banks in Cheshire are looking for a new IT Systems Manager.

 

Are you someone with a software development background with experience of leading a software development team? This management position is still very much a hands-on role, so its important you’re up to date with the the latest tech stack! If you have got a deep understanding of, and ideally 5 years+ worth of experience with, MS SQL server and Oracle APEX, whilst also had managerial responsibilities before, then make sure you’re hitting  that APPLY button and not missing out on this opportunity.

 

The award-winning bank is looking for a new IT systems Manager to lead their team of 5 to a successful remainder of 2020 and beyond! This is a new vacancy that has arisen as a result of their 2020 plans to invest in the IT department as a result of the upcoming projects post covid-19, therefore this is an amazing time to get on board!

The role is based in Northwich, therefore if you live in a commutable distance of Warrington, Manchester, Stoke-on-trent, Macclesfield, Crewe, Liverpool, or surrounding areas – then this will be easily accessible!

Essential Skills include:

•        5 years + MS SQL server

•        Windows Server

•        Linux OS

•       5 years +  Oracle APEX

•       Strong SQL skills, preferably using PL/SQL

•    Demonstrate a substantial knowledge of software development & infrastructure

•    Previously working in a leadership capacity

Desirable skills include:

•        SAP Business Objects

•        UAT testing

•        Exposure to Agile working environments
