IT Support / Service Desk Manager (Windows / AD) sought by a leading, global business with offices in the City of London, to lead a large IT Support function whilst also providing technical hands-on technical support.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Support Manager/Team Lead to join a challenging environment in a company investing heavily in modernising their IT Infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have experience leading a support function, whilst also being technically hands-on, providing support (to a 2nd Line level) for the following technologies:
Windows 7, 8, 10
Windows Server 2008r2 - 2012
Active Directory
Exchange
SCCM
Basic Networking skills
