REED Technology are pleased to be working with a global company based near Thirsk.
Within this position the successful candidate will provide IT support to the internal staff of the organisation – as a 1st line support, fielding and resolving issues and escalating where necessary
Key Responsibilities include:
• 1st Line IT Support via phone, email and face-to-face
• Maintaining the IT asset registers
• Setup of new equipment and decommissioning of old equipment
• User administration such as creation, archiving, password resets etc.
• Monitoring and re-ordering of supplies/consumables (i.e. Printer toners)
• Liaising with external support providers where required.
