IT Support Engineer / Technical Support Coordinator (Windows / O365 / AD) sought by a growing, award winning company based in Wokingham, Berkshire.

As the IT Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact, supporting over 400 users across the organisation. You will have full exposure to the technical environment and be responsible for providing a mixture of 1st/2nd line, and elements of 3rd line Support remotely and face-to-face. It would be preferable for the successful candidate to have experience with Office 365/Exchange, Windows Server 2008/2012R2, Active Directory, GPOs, Mobile Devices (iOS, Android, Laptops) and network administration. Responsibilities will also include the design & rollout of various projects, and training end users to ensure they can operate IT efficiently.

The successful candidate will have previous IT Support experience, with excellent communication skills, good time management and the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise issues. Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills are desired.
