REED Technology are pleased to be working with an global household brand with offices located in East Bristol.
We are looking to recruit an IT support administrator who can assist the IT department through a period of change to start 9th Dec till the end of March 2020.
Key Responsibilities include:
• 1st Line IT Support via phone, email and face-to-face
• Maintaining the IT asset registers
• Setup of new equipment and decommissioning of old equipment
• User administration such as Creation, archiving, password resets etc.
• Monitoring and re-ordering of supplies/consumables (i.e. Printer toners)
• Liaising with external support providers where required
Experience of Windows 10 and Office 365 is essential.
