This is a RARE opportunity to work for an amazing client! 


I am recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a fantastic team who are a part of a large nationawide with some International presecene.

My client is looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner, articulate, great communication skills and someone who has either had experience in 1st Line IT Support or a technical telephone customer service role.

The IT Service desk handles calls from both internal and external customers. Currently over 90% of calls received by the Service Desk are resolved within the team with the rest being escalated to other Managed Network departments.
