Reed Global have been retained to source a further 2 x high calibre candidates for the role of IT Service Desk Analyst / ITIL / 1st Line / Incident Management in partnership with Venator Materials Corporation. Previously known as Huntsman Pigments and additives, Venator Materials Corporation is a US multinational with its state of the art headquarters located at Wynyard, North East England.

The successful candidate will have a broad IT Infrastructure background with a knowledge of a number of the following:

Windows domains / Active Directory / Internet / Hardware / Lotus Notes / MS Office / Windows 7 / Storage / Network / Security / Global Business Applications.

In addition to the above, candidates will have a strong service delivery focus and excellent communication skills with prior experience working within an IT Shared Service Centre or larger environment. Candidates will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.

Experience working with a global organisation / delivering to multiple users would be highly advantageous.
