3 Month Contract
£9.86 per hour

My client seeks an individual with experience working in a similar role for the role of IT Support Analyst. My client requires an experienced IT professional on a 3 month contract to start ASAP for a well-known North East organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, either via telephone or email, to continuously maintain a high level of customer support for all IT queries and take ownership for any user problems raised.

Your New Role
You will be experienced in using both network and server based it software and will be able to deliver excellent customer service to all end users. You will be experienced in various Microsoft products including Office 2010, Windows 7 and SharePoint 2010. You will have been exposed to working with Server 2008 and Server 2012. You will also have experience of working within a virtualised environment.

You will be experienced in working within a fast paced service desk environment dealing with a high volume of calls. IT awareness and understanding of Active Directory is key along with knowledge of other Microsoft technologies. You will be well mannered and be able to demonstrate and provide excellent customer service at all time.

Excellent communication skills are a must along with strong interpersonal skills.
