Are you an IT Project Manager living in or around Exeter that is looking for a change?

Or maybe you would like to move to Exeter which is an ancient city with a vibrant and modern feel.

I am working with a client that has over 100 nationwide locations, looking for an IT Project Manager to join their busy Exeter office.

You will be managing projects across the full project lifecycle delivering web, mobile, infrastructure and desktop solutions to both internal and external customers.

You will be responsible for delivering the projects, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget and quality standards in a very fast paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working as an IT Project Manager in Agile environment and managing projects across the software delivery lifecycle.

Please note there will be out of hours assistance required during any update and maintenance

Key responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects across Software, Hardware and Infrastructure
• Producing project plans and making sure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within the financial requirements
• Coordinating effort across Sprints and acting as a SCRUM Master
• Multitasking and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Acting as a central contact point for progress reports, communication plans
• Business case proposals and benefit realisation for IT sponsored projects
• Review of projects, documentation and approve any changes

Skills required:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Experience working in Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies
• Full Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) understanding
• Jira and MS Project
• Strong and analytical skills
• Budget planning and reporting
• Managing 3rd party suppliers
• IOS 27001 & PCI – DSS security compliance frameworks
• Ability to multi task and be a team player
• Strong negotiation, mentoring, coaching and team building skills
