My Swindon based client is looking to take on a Helpdesk Analyst to support the IT Team on an temporary to permanent basis.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially (strong possibly of extension / permanent employment)
Duties:

• 1st line technical support to users
• Oversee administration function for Computer Services
• Provide an excellent, customer focused service to users of the Computer Services Support desk
• Resolution of IT requests including password and login issues, and other basic technical problems
• Adding devices to Wi-Fi
• Tracking and reporting progress of all incoming requests into the Computer Services Helpdesk

Experience:
• Working within an IT Service Desk environment
• Working in an integrated computer infrastructure environment
• Good telephone manner and clear voice
• Confident in the use of Internet based technology including the use and configuration of browser technology
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Apps and Active Directory
