My returning client based in Egham is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator/Call Logger to their established team of customer service professionals.


Job Responsibilities:


Your main tasks will be to log all incoming calls coming in to the Service Desk, monitor, evaluate and escalate the IT Service Desk tickets, ensuring that the client is steadily supported and that no SLAs will be breached.

 Will have a true passion for technology with a technical or information technology industry background. Comfortable working on the phone, with a clear telephone manner and a passion for delivering consistently fantastic customer service.
