I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Technical Support candidate to join a well established ticketing company based in Cheadle.

This is a fixed term contract up until 31st July 2018.

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday - Friday

You will be technically minded with a positive attitude to help others. 

The ideal candidate will have some experience in the IT environment or have an IT qualification (A level or degree) who wants to gain some working experience. 

Main duties:

• Call logging & handling of support tickets - escalation, prioritisation etc.
• Investigating, troubleshooting & resolving software/hardware issues.
• Set up & maintain desktops, laptops & mobile devices
• Software installation & upgrades
• Maintain printers & scanners
• Active Directory & Office365 administration
• Network patching & troubleshooting
• Documentation of IT processes & procedures
• Provide remote support for global offices
