My client is seeking an Investment Assistant, who will provide administrative support to the Office team and assist in the management of private client relationships and their investment portfolios.
Duties as Followed:
Provide support to the Portfolio Management team
Deal with compliance related matters
Liaise with operational departments to ensure that operational problems are dealt with.
Provide Support for Investment Managers by preparing investment review letters and ensuring all portfolios all sorted correctly.
Deal with all client queries and develop client relationships
Skills and Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role requiring similar levels of attention to detail, numeracy and literacy e.g. banking/finance
Excellent written and verbal skills
Good attention to detail
Good organisation and planning skills
Ability to work effectively in a team under strict deadlines from project leader
