The required hours of work are Monday – Friday between 8:30 and 5:30 (though start and finish times can be flexible throughout the week and Friday’s are in fact a 2pm finish!).
Please note, due to the location of this particular site the successful candidate MUST hold a Full UK Drivers Licence and have access to their own vehicle.
The main responsibilities for the role of Sales Administrator include:
-Receiving inbound calls/email enquiries from customers and dealing with these quickly and efficiently.
-Providing quotations for material cut to size based on customer needs, negotiating on price when necessary to obtain an order and secure future business.
-Process orders and ensure sales and deliveries are scheduled and monitored accordingly.
-Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied with the service offered, including the materials / goods are supplied correctly and to specification
-To meet KPI’s and objectives.
-Ideally experience of working within a similair role – providing quotations, working within product manufacturing etc.
-Proven success and experience of selling and developing/maintaining customer relationships
-Experience of answering queries via phone and email relating to goods and services
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
