Exciting oportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing client on a permanent basis! As the resourcing Specialist you will work closely with Senior management teams and lead on Recruitment Strategies.

This is an ideal position for someone looking to build upon their career from an agency environment or build on an internal recruitment career. You will develop professional relationships with key stakeholders, gaining an understanding of vacant positions, agreeing target areas recruitment campaigns, and developing recruitment strategies accordingly.



Job responsibilities
• You will be responsible for multi-channel candidate generation via direct advertising and sourcing as well as managing relationships with external recruitment providers.
• Manage candidate applications and liaise with recruitment agencies, advertisers and other outside contacts as required
• Resourcing using online job boards, LinkedIn and our ATS portal
• Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interviews
• Be proactive in informing managers of new applicants, and chasing for feedback
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle including hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive experience to our candidates at all times.


Who we are looking for
• Previous experience working in an agency or from an in-house recruitment role.
• Experience recruiting within the consulting, technology or sales industries would be beneficial.
• Background in direct sourcing, with an in-depth understanding of multi-channel talent acquisition
• Demonstrable, strong business partnering capability.
• Evidence of the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet concurrent deadlines, organize time and priorities and work well as a member of a global team.
• Outstanding inter-personal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the company and globally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to educate and lead on talent acquisition issues with the business.
• Experience of managing high volume recruitment as well as more specialist recruitment briefs would be ideal
• Experience of running assessment days / recruitment events would be ideal but is not essential
