What is the role?
The role of the Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator is to support the Internal Recruitment Team, a team of 15, in providing an efficient and effective administrative service to meet the needs of Hiring Managers across the business. This is a flexible role which is constantly evolving to meet the changing demands and needs of the business.
The Internal Recruitment Coordinator will assist hiring managers with the Recruitment Process from start to finish, from managing the authorisation of vacancies, to assisting with the interview process where appropriate, including conducting competency based interviews and role plays, and finally producing a variety of reports and spreadsheets to ensure that the recruitment process remains consistent and fair throughout. You will also be supporting the team of Internal Recruitment Consultants, Advisors and Business Partners with candidate attraction and resourcing.
