The world’s leading provider of food and beverage services for travelers, operating mainly in airports, but also in railway stations is looking for an Internal Recruiter to create a new recruitment process and strategy and roll it out to all managers. Based in Soho, but relocating to West London, you will look after sites across the UK and in Calais, France.

You will be responsible for promoting employer branding, posting vacancies onto the company’s website and other job boards, so creativity and an eye for detail is a must and you must be articulate. You will also need to learn and understand the compliance around acquiring airside passes for employers where necessary.

The successful candidate will have hospitality experience, preferably with multi-site contract catering or branded restaurant and must be assertive with a strong personality, but able to forge good relationships with staff in order to achieve results. You will be working with agencies for your temporary staffing requirements, some permanent while working on medium – senior roles yourself, so experience here would be useful as would experience with budget management.
