Reed HR are currently recruiting for a temporary internal recruiter. You will support the team’s ambitious growth plans by identifying, attracting and retaining the best talent possible.
Paying up to £15ph
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A wide range of recruitment skills and sourcing tools and techniques
- On boarding processes
- Sending out starter packs to new starters
- Conducting interviews
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple relationships
- Recruitment administration duties
- Review and restructure recruitment process within the organisation
- Advice line managers across the business
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner who is ideally CIPD qualified.
