I'm currently recruiting a cracking Account Manager role for a thriving software company based near Kenilworth. The business are offering an excellent basic salary, modern working environment, career progression & other benefits.
The role will involve managing around 15 existing accounts where you'll be responsible for calling existing customers to identify any other potential sales opportunities & up-sell/cross-sell where possible, whilst also maintaining a good relationship with them. You will also follow up on webinars to progress new business opportunities through the sales process.
We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone (as the role will largely be office based) with a good personality, who can strike up a good rapport with customers. You will have some prior account management experience, gained within a B2B setting - ideally within a services business, rather than a product led business.
