es:

• Project Tracking and Reporting:
• Support the Fresh Forward Project Lead (FFPL) in reporting project progress
• Administration of the project planning, progress and implementation management
• Maintain the ‘Fresh Forward Shopping List (Europe)’ - updating the status, monitoring timelines/milestones, collating updates from the category owner and reporting any risks/issues to the FFPL
• Collating and checking the appropriate project documentation i.e. AIP, Category Management for FFPL
• Regularly monitor activity on Basecamp and update on the content as required

• Supplier Approval Process Management
• Take the lead for submitting suppliers into ETQ (FWH Vendor Management System) and tracking the approval process. This will include engaging with the appropriate stakeholders (FWH and suppliers) to ensure each stage is completed in a timely manner
• Docusign management for Equipment suppliers – uploading NDAs, contracts etc.

• Pilot Guide Updates
• Be responsible for the compilation and publication of the Pilot Guide on a monthly basis (minimum) – collating all the data from the category owners, formatting the document and submitting for approval
• Sharing the updated link with the appropriate stakeholders



Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good Word and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Good analytical and numeracy skills
• Ability to pre-empt requirements, and provide proactive support as well as reactive support
• Ability to influence others to meet deadlines and deliver the quality of information required
• Experience gained within a project/programme management environment
• Experience related to retail fit-out and décor (ideal but not essential)
• Experience related to Procurement (ideal but not essential)
