You will join a senior management team who truly dedicate themselves in providing a positive social impact and strive to deliver excellent housing management to residents and the wider community.

As a housing director you will implement and manage the core of housing services whilst continuously re-evaluating services to ensure they meet the organisations corporate strategy and objectives.
This includes but is not limited to
- Estate services
- Repairs & maintenance
- Tenancy management
- Anti-social behaviour
- Income management
- Complaint escalation
- Housing investigations
- Projects within housing services.
You will have two housing managers reporting directly into you along with a team of dedicated officers, estates service officers, sheltered scheme officers, administrative and customer service staff.
As a smaller sized organisation, you have a huge advantage of ‘getting your teeth stuck right into it’.
With a clear and concise management structure you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the CEO and board members, influence the business strategy, engage in several areas of the business and make active improvements to the delivery of housing services.
