Integration's Consultant required to join a reputable software company within the financial sector. This is a permanent position based in Leamington Spa with a salary circa £60-65k.

Working across the product set and the client base, you will be responsible for the definition and maintenance of the integration's required for the product set and ensuring to establish and follow a standard approach to client specific integration's.

You will lead and facilitate business and client engagements relating to integration's to establish scope, business needs, project objectives, outcomes, expectations and defined benefits on business processes up to and including executive level.

The Integration's Consultant will manage the day to day relationships with third party integrators and product providers across the product set holding a detailed understanding of our integration partners, their associated road maps, their propositions and how they benefit our product set and clients, ensuring an understanding across our business and client base.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining an up to date and detailed understanding of our integration partners, their propositions and their associated road maps ensuring an understanding across our business
Maintaining an up to date and detailed understanding of our product set, their integration's, features and capabilities across current and previous versions
Creation and maintenance of a core product integration strategy, steering clients towards the adoption of core integration functionality wherever possible on client projects and where product development is required, guiding timescales, where relevant, to align with the road map
Oversee the integration's work streams on client projects, working with the Implementation Managers to ensure delivery to agreed milestones and costs.
Highlighting benefits to the client of aligning their processes to core product functionality and the risks of customisation
Supporting the collation, documentation and validation of requirements for the integration work stream on client projects, overseeing the delivery of the production of the requirements catalogue, solutions overview, functional specifications and detailed overview specifications within the Integration's Lifecycle (ILC) process

Essential Skills:

Experience in the delivery of integration's
Clear understanding of the market space and the requirements of a typical client
Knowledge across UK marketplace and competitor strategies, business processes, mainframe systems and web based applications and platforms
Ability to influence a range of stakeholders (internal and external)
Ability to lead and influence business and system design decisions
Excellent relationship management skills, with extensive experience of creating and managing positive client relationships
Good E2E planning skills and high level of organisation and discipline to meet specific target dates and objectives
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Willingness to travel and work on customer sites from time to time.
Desire to travel and work overseas.
