Working alongside the Claims Team, you will handle all escalated customer complaints. You will investigate and validate complaints, liaise with all parties connected with the complaint and ensure that complaints are handled and resolved in line with the Companies FSA commitments and customer service standards. You will also identify training requirements and improvements that could be made to the claims process. Suitable candidates should have relevant claims and complaints handling experience, ideally had some exposure to personal injury claims and worked in line with FCA/FSA standards.
